工作职责：

1. Lead the supplier cross function teams to follow the problem resolving procedure in automotive industry way and report out the internal stakeholders
2. Work together with VCC cross functional teams to secure components status & delivery
3. Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic site concerns. Provide site Lessons Learned to program and suppliers.
4. Lead supplier audit and development, follow up the closure of actions
5. Secure that VCC global supplier base fulfils quality and capacity requirements.
6. Follow up the engineering change related to supplier process

任职资格：

1. Bachelor or above in Mechanical or EE with minimum 3 - 5 years' quality/assembly experience in automobile industry
2. Familiar with electronic propulsion technology and manufacturing is a plus
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders
4. Familiar with automotive procedures such as APQP/PPAP/IATF16949. Able to lead/facilitate process improvements and suppliers' engagement
5. Able to work independently and travel frequently in domestic environment
6. Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
7. Excellent written and verbal English skills
