工作职责：

1. Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)
2. Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
3. Assist in new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.
4. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues
5. Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of supplier quality issues
6. Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain
7. Work with the supplier directly, create correction action plans to address process failures
8. Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis, and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
9. Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers
10. Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
11. Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

任职资格：

1. Work background in injection molding parts, electronic or electrical, die casting, machining, welding etc.
2. More than 5 years working experience as quality engineer in automotive industry, familiar with 5 quality core tools, 8D, etc., have a certain understanding of IATF16949;
3. Familiar with the product development process, can clearly identify the critical path and problem points in the product development process;Identify the problem points in the submitted samples or PPAP documents during the supplier's product development process, and ensure that the supplier completes the product development according to the project development nodes；
4. Rich experience in supplier on-site process/product audit, and have the ability to ask suppliers to rectify and close the problems found in audit
5. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. Able to travel for long time.
