工作职责：

1. Lead and conduct potential supplier audit for system and process
2. Support purchaser to develop new supplier or existing supplier for new business
3. Identify supplier risk and define action plan before supplier nomination
4. Verify process and quality delivery during development, such as: Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, CS , Error proofing list, MSA
5. Manage supplier PPAP
6. Manage supplier capacity during development
7. Manage supplier 0KM and warranty issue, and verify supplier action plan in time
8. Work together with commodity quality champion to identify the key supplier and manage supplier to apply quality continually improvement
9. Manage supplier quality system certification( such as: QSB+) to meet STLA requirement

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree in engineering field with Electrical /Electronic
2. Good communication skills internally and externally
3. Fluent English skill
4. Honest and Integrity
5. Good at quality problem analyzing and solving tools, such as: 8D, 5why, fish bone ……
6. More than 5years quality management experience for EE/ HV Battery/e-Motor/OBC/DC-DC/Sensor/Valves/Powertrain ECU
7. Capable and willing to business travelling
