工作职责：

1. Evaluate and develop new suppliers and ensure effective launch of the new projects per Stellantis procedures concerned
2. Prompt and effective response to customer complaints, if any
3. Monitor supplier's realization of improvement plans through close follow-up measures
4. Maintain routine activities per company’s internal procedures concerned, and keep effective deliverables
5. Provide effective and professional support to JV activities, when needed
6. Address timely and effective communication internally and externally, and try to build good working relationship with the team
7. Escalate the critical issues to management for support, when necessary

任职资格：

1. Education: Bachelor of Mechanical/Electronic or Engineering, Master or above is preferred,
2. Experience: Min 5 years in the Automotive industry, and min. 3 years' experience as SQE,
3. Skills & Competence:
(1).With solid experience with project management/review and supplier audit and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,
(2). Familiar with the processes for ICE powertrain components like casting, machining, plastic injection, rubber forming, assembling, testing, etc., and with the knowledge of the quality tools in the Automotive industrial, like TS16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, CP, Error/mistake-proof, 6 Sigma, 8D, 5WHY, as well as GD&T,
(3). Strong willingness to learning and self-improvement, accepting the challenge of the changing environments,
(4). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with suppliers and cross functional team,
(5). Knowledge of industrialization processes, project management, product design engineering
(6). Knowledge of logistic operating modes; Knowledge of purchasing and supplier relationship, information confidentiality mastery;
(7). Leadership capacities, results orientation, demanding
(8). Able to travel on short notice. Be willing to conduct and participate in cross function team conference meetings outside normal working hours.
(9). Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
