工作职责：

1. Evaluate new suppliers or new supplier processes with major focus on quality and capability impact of process;
2. Support purchasing team to preparing RFQ, and technical review files;
3. Review, advice and recommend improvements on supplier manufactured parts: techniques, equipment, fixture, inspection and testing methods and means, in order to achieve the quality required during the design review;
4. Lead suppliers to develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements including quality/engineering/capacity/cost/timing;
5. Develop and manage all FCA quality, design, engineering requirements cascaded to supplier correctly;
6. Provide on-site launch support at suppliers' facilities to ensure launch readiness as required. Ensure component suppliers' processes are robust and capable;
7. Liaise with core engineering, test laboratory, program teams in home counties (EU, Br, NA, etc.,);
8. Resolve issues and manage product changes during commodity launch;
9. Track the suppliers' quality and warranty performance, lead the suppliers' continuous improvement;
10. Responsible for the top problem resolution with suppliers. Ensure supplier’s quick response of containment, root cause, and corrective action;
11. All other tasks assigned by manager.

任职资格：

1. Min. of 5 years of automotive industrial in quality, engineering, production, manufacturing, or related field experience, and min. 3 years as SQE;
2. Experience in program development Process, design verification and product validation process, APQP, PPAP;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Have a sense of pro-active, open-minded, global mindset.
