工作职责：

• Evaluate new suppliers or new supplier processes with major focus on quality and capability impact of process;
• Support purchasing team to preparing RFQ, and technical review files;
• Review, advice and recommend improvements on supplier manufactured parts: techniques, equipment, fixture, inspection and testing methods and means, in order to achieve the quality required during the design review;
• Lead suppliers to develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements including quality/engineering/capacity/cost/timing;
• Develop and manage all FCA quality, design, engineering requirements cascaded to supplier correctly;
• Provide on-site launch support at suppliers' facilities to ensure launch readiness as required. Ensure component suppliers' processes are robust and capable;
• Liaise with core engineering, test laboratory, program teams in home counties (EU, Br, NA, etc.,);
• Resolve issues and manage product changes during commodity launch;
• Track the suppliers' quality and warranty performance, lead the suppliers' continuous improvement;
• Responsible for the top problem resolution with suppliers. Ensure supplier’s quick response of containment, root cause, and corrective action;
• All other tasks assigned by manager.

任职资格：

• Min. of 5 years of automotive industrial in quality, engineering, production, manufacturing, or related field experience, and min. 3 years as SQE;
• Experience in program development Process, design verification and product validation process, APQP, PPAP;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
