工作职责：

 Support China SQD Business Process manager to roll out the global aligned process to China region including China practice and feedback analysis, SQD and supplier training, and JV alignment.
 Support China SQD Business Process manager to coordinate Global Strategic Projects and Global SQD Initiatives.
 Annual supplier quality KPI goals alignment with global SQD team, and roll out to China SQD team. Meanwhile, prepare the weekly & monthly reports accordingly.
 Collect, consolidate and analysis the internal and external training resources to develop the SQ technical training plan and coordinate the SQE attendance. Follow the training progress and evaluate the training performance of the external trainer. Support the manager for the supplier training week preparation including supplier registration, training rehearsal and training material alignment.
 Woking with global sustainability team for annual China supplier audit plan and completion.
 Support SIM team to develop the SQE SIM capability approach, including SIM tool alignment, training development and China implementation road map
 Overall coordination between CSQD and China IRF

任职资格：

 Engineering background, master degree is plus.
 5 years of automotive industrial experience, at least with 3 years in BP / SQ / PM
 Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
 Good international communication skills and quick learning capability
 Have a sense of pro-active, open-minded, global mindset,
 Be honest and Integrity
