工作职责:
1. New key project leading and new important mission launch support;
2. Technical support for importent new bidding with complex project execution requirements;
3. Upgrade service model design to support current key accounts with KAMs;
4. Preparation of technical proposals and presentations;
5. Managing Sales resources and support KAMs and BDs accordingly;
6. NEV business capability improvement and leading all NEV projects;
7. Set up, maintain and consolidate customer relationship for efficient information collection
8. Support regional director and local operation team, and other sales team members for daily business issue, information sharing, etc.
9. Collaborate with the GKAMs of Global Key Accounts and leaders of BUs
10. Leading innovation service try-run, budget management, deployment, etc.
11. Other tasks and responsibilities defined by Sales Director
任职资格:
1. Colleage degree, major in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, Automatic, etc)
2. 10+ experience in automotive. Engineering background is must, and sales background is plus
3. Very good English capability is must
4. Team work spirit with independent working capability
5. Nice to internal/external communication skill
6. Good office skill
7. Familiar with T1 and OEMs, Engineering knowledge ((Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, Automatic, etc). NEW or EV battery knowledge and experience is very stong plus
8. Very good project management skill
9. self motivation to work under high pressure; fast learning for problem solving
