工作职责：

1 Work together with Volvo headquarters in Body area, take over
design and develop responsibility for local projects.
2, Work in AGILE way with attribute teams to meet customer
expectation, road condition and driving behaviour for global markets
including China market.
3, Work closely with attribute owners to improve the vehicle
attribute, including safety, NVH, Strength and durability.
4, Deliver for all program milestones, with timing, quality, and cost
target in control. 5, Prepare and release engineering design specifications and
CAD data in Volvo system.
6. Involve in local supplier evaluation and development, deliver
technical requirements and specifications to suppliers, prepare and sign
off technical documents.

任职资格：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering or
Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
2. 3-5 years’ working experience of BIW development in OEM or
supplier of automotive industry.
3. Skilled CATIA user, be involved in concept phase development,
better to have TeamCenter experience.
4. Knowledge of engineering techniques associated with stamping
components and BIW system development.
5. Knowledge about steel and aluminium, manufacturing method,
welding, assembly and plant process.
6. Fluent speaking & written communication in English
