工作职责：

•Work with project members and resource to make detailed plan for data project delivery and data related initiatives support. Collaborate and mobilize local and remote cross team members.
•Participated in the architecture design, optimization, and platform integrated development of Volvo data platform, and built a data platform integrating lake and warehouse
•Responsible for building and improving data warehouse and data market, including batch and real-time data access, and completing ODS, CDW and ADS according to data warehouse construction methodology
•Responsible for data platform component selection, planning, deployment, capacity expansion, daily troubleshooting and performance tuning, able to quickly locate and troubleshoot problems
•Support data platform, data pipeline and data service under business requirements, and be able to optimize availability, scalability and efficiency on a larger scale

任职资格：

•Familiar with the principle of big data technology, such as Hadoop/Spark/Hive/Hbase/Flink, etc., have the following public cloud platform using experience is preferred, including AWS EMR/Redshift/EC2/S3, Alicloud Maxcompute/Dataworks/ADB/OSS, Talend/Kettle
•Familiar with PowerBI/Olik Sense and other reporting tools
•Understand data governance methods and knowledge, understand enterprise-level data modeling, master data management, data quality management and other methods
•At least 3 years’ experience in Hadoop or related big data platform development and operation
•Familiar with Java/Scala/Python/Shell and other development languages, understand the principle of JVM and container, able to develop relevant data scripts and data services
•Have good team spirit and good communication skills, quick thinking, have the initiative to find and solve problems
•Working background in Auto is preferred
•Bachelor’s degree, major in computer, software, electronic information engineering, statistics, mathematics etc.
