工作职责：

Responsible from order management mainly from TO generation till load confirmation by carrier;
Main contact window for supplier and plant SCC for order processing and transport scheduling;
Working with VISTA scheduling & TM scheduling pool;
Mainly handle standard inbound and empty return TO from supplier/plant/carrier only with SRS signed;
Interact with the returnable packaging service provider in view of packaging availability and deliveries for returnable packaging.
Interact with Part Suppliers in view of returnable packaging implementation, SRS, availability and return transport operations.
Calculation of loop days for returnable packaging.
CMC (Container Management Center) operation management.
Shuttle transport management between Volvo Car plant and CMC.
Empty returnable packaging distribution planning and operation.
Exception Management.
Billing verification.

任职资格：

Bachelor degree in Logistics/Packaging Engineering or equal qualifications.
At least 3 years’ experience in inbound/packaging operation, import/export logistics operation and/or a related area.
Automotive industry or global forward LSP experience is preferred.
Good English language skills required for this job.
Team player with strong social skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
Excellent ability to use Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
