工作职责：

Key accountabilities:
▪ Ensure availability of TCMS Equipment provided for repairing or overhaul.
▪ Secure the good conditions of the BTE, perform preventive and corrective maintenances, identify and report potential failure risks.
▪ Support with Alstom site setting up and daily management.
▪ Master the troubleshooting and repair of TCMS units.
▪ Collect and record information in order to assist in Fault Finding REX and Reliability Growth.
▪ Support to locomotives receiving and investigations when necessary.
▪ Be flexible to ensure 24*7 services at different locations when necessary.
▪ Partial logistic work when necessary.

Performance measurements:
▪ Customer acceptance at incoming inspection and commissioning stages.
▪ OTD, Non-Conformities, Project reliability / availability / service affecting failures, Actual time vs Method time
▪ Technical competencies and autonomy (duration of intervention)
▪ Quality of failure diagnosis and relevant documentation
▪ Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes

任职资格：

Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
▪ University degree in Engineering
Mandatory:
▪ 3-5 years of experience in electrical / electronic technical knowledge
▪ General railway and Product knowledge
▪ Railway and Product safety & RAM
▪ EHS knowledge
▪ Good English skills, at minimum written
