工作职责：

1. Work closely with suppliers to facilitate the resolution of quality issues through 8D report.
2. Coordinate non-conforming product containment, rework and scrap treatment
3. Summarize and track all supplier quality issues.
4. Identify, track the supplier corrective action status.
5. Performance summary of the suppliers on a regular basis; analyze and report to Volvo APAC Site SQM Team.
6. On the basis of a full understanding of the supplier's production processes and critical control points. Help suppliers to identify potential problems in the production process and quality control, to avoid any quality issues.
7. Follow up supplier developing process and ensure qualified PPAP documents.
8. Follow up supplier launch plan to secure the program launch on time.

任职资格：

More than 5 years’ experience in quality management supplier in the automotive industry.
2. Experience on electrical components assembly & metal forming/stamping.
3. Familiar with the automotive supplier quality management processes and methods.
4. Know the IATF16949/QS9000 and other quality system
5. Knowledge and experience of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA, SPC and GDT
6. Familiar with the CMM, gage use, tooling adjustment.
7. Familiar with VDA 6.3 or equivalent.
8. Able to travel frequently.
9. Below 35-year old is preferred
