工作职责：

Summary of the Role
The SQM consultant engineer is focused on product quality and process performance optimization at external suppliers, supporting both new programs and running production.

Main responsibilities
1. Be responsible for supplier quality assurance of suppliers located in China.
2. Drive continuous improvements and resolution of systematic site concerns.
3. Lead supplier audit and development, follow up the closure of actions
4. Interact directly with plant team & design team.
5. Secure that VCC global supplier base fulfils quality and capacity requirements.
6. Follow up the engineering change related to supplier process.
7. Lead and participate in the project meeting with cross function team

Qualifications
1. Bachelor or above and major in Mechanics or Materials Science
2. Proficiency in Chinese and English, oral and written
3. Ability to solve problems in a structured manner
4. Ability to manage multiple items at the same time without losing focus or quality
5. Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results, willing to sharing and learning.
6. Very good communication (verbal and written) and social skills
7. Ability to travel 3-4 overnights stay per week
Experience Required
1.Good knowledge of five core tool of AIAG (PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/PFMEA)
2. Knowledge of quality management system and audit skills, e.g. TS16949, VDA
3. Good knowledge and practice of GD&T
6. Good problem solving skill, good practice of 8D, 6 sigma, lean.
