工作职责：

• Follow the AL Industrial guidelines to comply with standards.
• Prepare and develop technical specifications on machine of assembly line.
• Follow WCM – EEM steps for the introduction of new projects.
• Create and follow check list questionnaire for each WCM – EEM step.
• Participate in Project Mgmt from initial phase to project implementation.
• Set indicators (KPI, KAI), with EEM Team Members, for each new project to assure EEM steps implementation well.
• Participate with Launch on WCM step implementation / Process Validation activities.
• Create cover sheet on each new project (tc/tp, capability calc, layout, flexible manpower, and checklist).
• Assure vertical start up within defined shifts after SOP. Follow indicators: productivity, scrap rate, OEE, etc.
• Work together with Packaging/Logistic Engineer on developing material feeding, bins, material distribution, Kanban racks / supermarket (if need), material delivery frequency, etc.
• Assure that each layout will meet the material distribution needs and create proper material flow.
• Assure that each layout will meet the proper process flow and people distribution.
• Assure that each workstation is on comply with AL standards and meet the ergonomic requirements of golden zone, people movements and material flow.
• Design, development and control of process instructions/ WI – initial process.
• Design, development and control of visual aids – emphasis on visual management.
• Design and validation of tool and fixtures, according standard AL guideline.
• Assure that fixtures will be able to handle quick change over time.
• Design multi-functional tools/fixtures, such as in 2 on 1 concept, both sides of LH/RH.
• Control of Process Capability.
• Cooperate with Project Quality on development of Control Plan.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of PFMEA’s and Flow Charts.
• Work with Production Team on development plan for problem solving – provide support as needed.

EXPERIENCES:
• With 3-year working experience in JV or WFOE at least. In Manufacturing Industry, and better with Automotive Industry experience.
• Strong technical skills, lean production knowledge as must, applied statistics quality systems
• Relative experience on product certificate, eg. CCC, etc., and good knowledge on Quality Assurance System, eg. ISO9001/IATF16949.
• Good skill on computer, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, etc
