工作职责：

Main responsibility: BMW China Supply Chain(around 400 Tier 1 suppliers + 700 Tier N suppliers) EHS risk management
• Define yearly strategy for supply chain EHS management
• Set up KPIs for supply chain EHS performance
• Onsite EHS audit at supplier plant, and countermeasures follow up
• Preventive actions to avoid any delivery interruption in supply chain caused by EHS issue
• Prepare presentations for the direct management
• Support line manager and team coordinators for team related topics
• project timing&status tracking, reporting and communication to stakeholders, and all other necessary circles

任职资格：

Requirements:
• EHS management experience is a must
• Knowledge about China EHS related policy and regulation
• Team spirit and knowledge to work with multinational cross function team
• Strong personality, structured problem solving, negotiation and intercultural skills
• Excellent Chinese and English
• Work experience in automotive or related industries
• Project management skills
• CSR knowledge will be a plus
