工作职责：

Position Description：
You are responsible for Benz specific quality of purchase and in-house parts at our joint venture partner BBAC
to ensure and continuously improve quality in series production.

Detailed Job activities:
Complaint Quality Engineer takes care of the quality of imported purchased parts and the associated internal and external suppliers with the support of Back Offices of the lead works.
You check and process the complaints of the Joint Venture Partners BBAC and forward them to the supplier in SQMS. You initiate the fault rectification process at the supplier, coordinate necessary immediate measures at the plant, and at the supplier to immediately ensure flawless series deliveries.
You review and monitor 8D reports and their implementation.
If necessary, you escalate issues to the appropriate committees of the responsible Daimler AG plant.
In addition, you are responsible for quality discussions via video or telephone conferences with suppliers and Daimler works worldwide.
You develop the existing methods and processes according to requirements and, if necessary, carry out the necessary coordination and discussion with the quality managers of the joint venture partner. Topic-specific support for projects on process and quality improvement is in cooperation with the respective interfaces.

Qualification:
- Barrier-free communication in English is a must, due to plenty of remote conference with global plants
- Germany speaker and oversea education is a plus
- More than 3 years’ experience of SQE or CQE in automotive industry
- Strong facilitation and coordination skills
- Working under great pressure
