工作职责：

- Packaging proposal approval & VSIM management:
1. Design Packaging solutions according to smartest packaging principle/line back principle.
2. Follow up and monitor deliveries and related costs of new packaging connected to PE deliverables according to trim and final logic.
3. Follow up and update packaging development systems according to packaging engineering deliverables. (VSIM)
4. Develop best practice packaging solutions/implement to all plants
5. Align with plant for the packaging concept and update PFEC
6. Follow QFP (Quotation for Packaging) process if related to price changing
- Packaging quality issue tracking:
1. Packaging inspection onsite and follow up
2. Write A-report when deviating from packaging requirements and evaluate 8D report
- Optimize packaging to improve transportation utilization
- Other daily working list

任职资格：

- Bachelor or Master degree in Logistic/packaging engineering.
- At least 3-year working experience about packaging design and improvement.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Analytic and engineering mind.
- Good communication skills towards internal and external.
- Car product knowledge.
