工作职责：

This role is responsible to support project manager in the Volvo Cars APAC Compliance & Ethics department in Compliance and Data privacy areas.
• Engage in all projects planning and actual change implementation.
• Support project manager in developing tools and processes to ensure team members follows best practices and standard operation procedures.
• Track and monitor implementation and sustainment progress of each projects.
• Support project manager to analyses issues, identifies risks and propose with implement solutions.
• Support to provide executive reports.

任职资格：

• Hands on experience in visualization, report building, creating and maintaining dashboard for operational needs and required for the role.
• Extensive experience in project management.
• Able to analyze business challenges, is data driven and communicates actionable recommendations to program leader.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• Expert in using MS office tools (esp. Excel, PowerPoint), video making is a plus.
• Great if you have experience in management consulting.
