工作职责：

• Responsible for the quality inspection activities performed at the clients (OEM, Tier-1) plant and their suppliers’ site, including visual check, documentation, and measurement control according to standards.
• Lead a team of quality inspectors at the customer site. Prepare work instruction, ensure the proper training of the inspectors, and coordinate the team and activities onsite.
• Detection, identification, reporting of quality defects on the inspection Check list.
• Ensure traceability through the SAP system.
• Monitoring and Reporting of the activity using a Quality Dashboard.
• Analyzing and monitoring quality performance using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers relating to quality trends, performance, and corrective action.
• Perform root cause analysis of the defects (8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Follow up the implementation of corrective actions.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep active communication channel with the clients (OEM, Tier-1) and their suppliers.
• Prepare presentations and lead meetings.

任职资格：

• Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• ASQ certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong Experience of aerospace industry is preferred
• Good command of technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of MS-Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
