工作职责：

• Ensure the implementation of BMW Q-standards by tier 1 supplier and if needed to n-tier sup- pliers, support quality topics in the clover leaf.
• Ensure quality related industrialization process and ensure the product/process quality of sup- plied parts.
• Ensure the quality within supply chain in worldwide BMW/BBA production plants.
• Support following entities/divisions on all Global Sourcing and Local Content Activities in Asia related to parts quality and supplier quality management issues: BBA and BMW AG Purchas- ing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistic Department.
• Responsible for supplier evaluation and supplier development activities
• Supplier evaluation including QMP tools evaluation
• Supplier Risk Assessment with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies
• Manage and steer the PEP realization of purchase parts all over Asia (Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure, PPAP etc.) based on BMW corporate MPM processes, which includes Supplier Nomination Phase, Series Development and Industrialization, Launch Phase and Series Phase. During all the phases, quality problems assign by PQM system must be solved and escalations in case of deviation in quality performance of suppliers must be initi- ated.
• Ensure QMP standards for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to BMW Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA, LPKM, M-Portal…), including the steering of series tooling, manufacturing equipment etc.
• Responsible more suppliers or components as basic level.

• Business fluent knowledge in English writing and speaking.
• Strong experience in project and sub-supplier management.
• 5-8 years’ experience in automotive quality function.
• Experience in stamping, welding, gluing, KTL, wire harness, busbar….
• Tough style in communication and supplier management.
