 
 
工作职责:
                    •	Monitor the performance of our client in Aerospace (Aircraft manufacturers)
•	Develop and implement an Action Plan to help suppliers achieve the targeted performance level
•	Assess and confirm suppliers' ability to meet Safran demand through Baselines and conduct Monthly Performance Reviews and Annual Performance Reviews to track progress
•	Implement Lean Projects at suppliers to enhance performance and efficiency
•	Collaborate with suppliers to analyze risks and develop mitigation plans for ramp-up, and organize coordination meetings with stakeholders in China
•	Manage the development of Supplier Industrial Maturity and challenge the production system and organization of suppliers
•	Handle logistics crises
•	Take part in supplier evaluation and pre-selection
                
任职资格:
                    •	Work closely with internal teams (purchasing, production, R&D) to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into processes.
•	Provide technical support and advice on quality issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•	Synthesis and analysis skills and data management (ex: Power BI)
•	Project Management

•	Ability to work within a multicultural team and coordinate with other multicultural teams
Education and Experience:
•	Master or bachelor degree
•	More than 10 years' of relevant experience
