 
 
工作职责:
                    •	Perform clerical tasks like accepting and making phone calls, setting business meeting agendas, sending memos, accepting visitors, reviewing incoming reports and setting the daily schedule for dept. head.
•	Manage inbound and outbound mail and other documents to the dept. head, including sorting, archiving, editing, preparing for signatures, initiating or completing missing information.
•	Travel plan and travel booking, prepare expense reports and travel itineraries.
•	Translate between English and Mandarin and act a communication between the dept. head and non English speaking parties.
•	Prioritize and influence tasks, meetings, itineraries, issues, approvals, and other items requiring dept. head’s attention based on business need and other factors.
•	Setup meetings with internal and external parties as requested by dept. head or other team members.
•	Maintain lists of tasks and tracking progress made by task owners and escalation to dept. in case if any delay.
•	Manage purchasing of office supplies and other material needed for team members, meetings,  or other business needs.
•	Act as single contact person for administrative issues and communication for team members and dept. head.
•	Handling Department budget and responsible for budget process follow up.
•	Other duties as assigned.

-	Good MS Office skills, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
