工作职责：

China market screening on Semicondutor and ADAS Hardware. Supplier research and market analysis and report.
Semicondutor supply support , broker management.
Identification, Selection and Qualification process of new suppliers for any relevant Digital Purchasing commodity.
Is a higly accepted expert of sourcing complex projects with advanced technolgy.
Is a expert of the Chinese/Asian supplier base related to his responsible field and provides the respective input to the bidderlists/biddercircles and maintains the supplier database. Is capable to quickly learn about new commodities and fields of action
Supports the future strategic development of Asian business opportunities into the BMW Global Network. Transfers information of Asian supply sources for commodity sourcing strategies related to Direct/Indirect Purchasing.
Evaluates new potential suppliers by applying the BMW tools.
Analyses and checks quotations for plausibility and to reach an effective level of cost transparency.
Responsible for releasing supplier decision trough the JV Sourcing Committee by presenting the technical and commercial details.
Onsite visiting of suppliers in order to identify, evaluate and qualify local suppliers for the Chinese and global supplier network.

任职资格：

Knowledge of product and production technologies , market in Semicondutor/ADAS sensors.
Project management, market analysis experience.
Excellent skills of software like MS-office and windows etc.
Basic quality knowledge for automative or related industry.
Knowledge of purchasing/sourcing procecss, negotiation skill.
Competence of attending supplier evaluations and project risk assessments
Proficient English and Chinese, basic German
Excellent interpersonal, communication, reporting and analytical skills.
