工作职责:
• Inspection and Verification: Conduct source inspections at supplier locations, focusing on PCBs and electronic components, to verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Documentation Review: Review and validate supplier documentation, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and test data.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all PCBs and electronic assemblies meet aerospace industry standards such as IPC-6012, IPC-A-610, AS9100, and others as required.
• Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and document non-conformances, discrepancies, or defects found during inspections. Work with suppliers to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Supplier Interaction: Collaborate closely with suppliers to understand their manufacturing processes and quality controls. Provide feedback on quality issues and support process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in supplier audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards and supplier performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FAA, EASA, and AS9102 FAI requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze inspection data and trends to identify areas for quality improvement and to prevent recurring issues.
任职资格:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PCB inspection within the aerospace industry. Experience with aerospace manufacturing and inspection processes is required.
• Certifications: IPC-A-610, IPC-6012, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. AS9100 knowledge is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality issues and discrepancies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on inspection findings.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and report inspection results.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to supplier locations as required (up to 50%).
