工作职责：

- Establishment of quality system required by OEM or Tier-1 customers and realization of reaching required level
- Customer (overseas/domestic) AUDIT response
- Experience and major in quality assurance, quality management, quality control, and quality evaluation
- Person in charge of evaluating the bidding stage of partners, quality management, quality assessment, and improvement guidance
- Experience in quality control of new products in the field of new product and product development
- Consulting expert on improving corporate systems for quality improvement
- VDA6.3 3rd party audit experience and valid license
- IATF 16949:2016 2nd or 3rd party audit experience and related core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC )
Deep understanding and practical field experience

任职资格：

- Quality management, quality assurance, quality innovation, quality improvement. At least 5 years-experience in SQD of PSA, FCA or Stellantis organization. Supplier quality audit certification is preferred

- Or Project management (PM) or APQP management. at least 5 years-experience in tier-one supplier of PSA, FCA or Stellantis, participated or lead APQP project for above OEMs, familiar with QIP, QSB+ or MRS standard.

- Quality education, instructor certificate holder
- Those who have experience in conducting education/evaluation/consulting in English
- Preference given to auditors with I SO9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949 certifications
- Preference will be given to those with experience in statistical analysis of data using mini tabs
- Preference given to those with 6 Sigma (Green Belt or higher ) & Shainin/Red-X certifications
